Farm to Fork
Farm to Fork is a companywide initiative to buy locally, formalized in 1999. Our first choice is to purchase seasonal ingredients from small, owner-operated farms and ranches within a 150-mile radius of your café. Food grown locally is fresher, better tasting, and often has greater nutritional value. Our commitment to local food is about preserving biodiversity, protecting open space, supporting family farmers, and keeping money invested in your community. Bon Appétit aims to spend at least 20 cents of every dollar with our network of over a thousand Farm to Fork suppliers. By doing so, we aim to strengthen our regional food systems so that everyone in our communities can eat well not just today, but for the future.» Learn more about your local farmers

Plus $200 in flex money per semester to be used at Café Mac , Grille, Atrium Market, and Scotty’s.
All Flex Plan
$1200 in flex to be used at Café Mac , Grille, Atrium Market, and Scotty’s
75 meals per semester.
Plus $75 in flex money per semester to be used at Café Mac , Grille, Atrium Market, and Scotty’s.
Unused meals do not carry over.
(This plan is available for commuting students only.) With the commuter plan, students are able to use up to 5 meals per visit for family and friends.
Reduce Reuse Recycle
Purchase a Bon Appétit stainless steel mug and save!
When using your mug at The Grille or Scotty’s you only pay $1.50 plus tax for bottomless refills for that day.
Bring your own water bottle to The Grille or Atrium Market and pay $1.80 plus tax every time you refill your bottle with fountain beverages.
Purchase an Eco Clamshell container one time for $3.00, then take your to-go food in the container. Return your clamshell to The Grille, Scotty’s or Atrium Market and receive a voucher. Return the voucher for a new Eco Clamshell container.
